Usage:
Tilt Cylinder Lines
1-Swivel joint. 2-Tilt cylinder (left side). 3-Hydraulic oil supply tank. 4-Swivel joint. 5-Tilt cylinder (right side).
Tilt Cylinder Removal
1-Pin. Retract piston rod. 2-Bolts. 3-Bucket positioner actuating mechanism. 4-Bolts retaining oil lines to cylinder. 5-Oil line to head end of cylinder. 6-Oil line to rod end of cylinder. 7-Pin. 8-Tilt cylinder.
Remove pin (7) with an 8B7548 Push Puller (with 8B7549 Leg in place of 5F7366 Screw), 5H1274 Adapter, 3/4" - 16 NF nut, 7F9540 Hydraulic Puller, 6F25 or 3S6224 Pump Group. If pin cannot be removed by hand after puller is fully extended, add spacers between puller face and nut.
Tilt Cylinder Disassembly
1-Use a 4S9181 Expander, 4S9451 Compressor and 4S9446 Clamp to install rings on piston.2- Tighten head bolts with rod fully extended.
Swivel Joints
1-Bolts (four). 2-Bolts (four). 3-Swivel joint for oil lines to rod ends of tilt cylinders. Remove head end oil lines swivel joint in similar manner.
Lift Cylinder Lines
1-Lift cylinder (left side). 2-Lift cylinder (right side). 3-Hydraulic oil supply tank.
Lift Cylinders
1. Raise bucket until lift arms are in a near horizontal position. Block beneath lift arm. Place bucket in FULL DUMP position.
2-Lift kickout control linkage. 3-Oil lines. 4-Pin. 5-Retainer.
6-Starting engine clutch and pinion control linkage. 7-Lubrication line. 8-Retainer (move back on two 1/2"-13 NC guide pins).
9-Lift cylinder.
2. Tighten head bolts with rod fully extended.
