Usage:
start by:
a) remove hood
b) remove floor plates
1. Remove coolant from the engine until the level of the coolant is below the water temperature regulator.
2. Disconnect water temperature line (1).
3. Remove the clips (2) that hold line (1) to the engine. Pull line (1) away from the engine and put it behind the dash.
4. Disconnect line (3) from the torque divider.
5. Pull line (3) away from the torque divider and put it behind the dash.
6. Disconnect lines (4) for the oil pressure and the fuel pressure. The lines are at the bottom of the dash.
7. Disconnect the linkages (5) for the steering clutch controls.
8. Disconnect control rod (7) from the governor.
9. Disconnect wire (6) at the connection plug.
10. Install two 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolts in the dash. Fasten a hoist to the dash. Weight of the dash is 100 lb. (45 kg).
11. Remove bolts (8) and washers that hold the dash to the hydraulic tank and the flywheel housing.
12. Remove dash (9) from the machine.
Install Dash
1. Fasten a hoist to the dash. Put the dash in position on the machine. Remove the hoist.
2. Install all of the bolts (1) and washers that hold the dash to the hydraulic tank and the flywheel housing.
3. Connect control rod (2) to the governor.
4. Connect wire (3) at the connection plug.
5. Connect the fuel pressure line and the oil pressure line at the bottom of the dash.
6. Connect linkages (4) for the steering clutch controls.
7. Connect the temperature line to the torque divider.
8. Install the water temperature line (5). Install the clips that hold the water temperature line in position.
9. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
