1. 检查燃油油位 A. 从燃油箱上拆下燃油箱盖。 B。 检查盖中的排气孔有无碎屑。 利用压缩空气清除碎屑。 C. 肉眼检查油箱中的燃油油位。 确保燃油箱含有足够的燃油供发动机工作。 D. 检查燃油供应阀（如果配备）的位置。 此阀必须处于完全打开位置。 |

2. 检查 ARD 燃油供应处的燃油压力 A. 将 ARD 燃油管从泵上断开。 B。 将 FT-3155 仪表套件安装在泵出口处。 C. 将钥匙开关转到接通位置。 起动发动机。 D. 在 Cat® 电子技师（ET）与"发动机 #1 后处理控制器"之间建立通信。 E. 选择 "Aftertreatment Fuel Pump Relay Override（后处理燃油泵继电器超越）"以启动泵。 F. 超越泵后记录压力表上的压力读数。 G. 停用超越。 H. 将钥匙开关转至断开位置。 |
结果：测量的压力为 转至测试步骤 6。 结果：压力低于 修理：更换燃油粗滤器。 转至测试步骤 3。 结果：测量的压力为 检查泵上的配线。 如果配线正常而泵不启动，则更换泵筒。 参考专门说明书, REHS5009。 |

3. 检查压力调节器 A. 将钥匙开关转到接通位置。 起动发动机。 B。 在 Cat ET 与"发动机 #1 后处理控制器"之间建立通信。 C. 选择 "Aftertreatment Fuel Pump Relay Override（后处理燃油泵继电器超越）"以启动泵。 D. 记录压力表上的压力。 E. 将钥匙开关转至断开位置。 |
结果：测量的压力为 转至测试步骤 6。 结果：压力测量值不为 修理：更换泵底座上的燃油压力调节器。 继续测试步骤 4。 |

4. 检查 ARD 燃油泵 A. 将钥匙开关转到接通位置。 起动发动机。 B。 在 Cat ET 与"发动机 #1 后处理控制器"之间建立通信。 C. 选择 "Aftertreatment Fuel Pump Relay Override（后处理燃油泵继电器超越）"以启动泵。 D. 记录压力表上的压力。 E. 将钥匙开关转至断开位置。 |

5. 检查燃油分流器阀。 A. 将钥匙开关转到接通位置。 起动发动机。 B。 在 Cat ET 与"发动机 #1 后处理控制器"之间建立通信。 C. 选择 "Aftertreatment Fuel Pump Relay Override（后处理燃油泵继电器超越）"以启动泵。 D. 记录压力表上的压力读数。 E. 将钥匙开关转至断开位置。 |

6. 执行手动 DPF 再生 注：必须通过 Cat ET 执行该测试。 Cat 电子技师维修工具可增强维修测试中的诊断功能。 A. 将钥匙开关转到接通位置。 起动发动机。 B。 在 Cat ET 与"发动机 #1 后处理控制器"之间建立通信。 C. 使用 Cat 电子技师启动 Manual DPF Regeneration（手动 DPF 再生）。 |

结果：Manual DPF Regeneration（手动 DPF 再生）成功完成。 返回工作。 结果：Manual DPF Regeneration（手动 DPF 再生）未成功完成。 修理：检查现行诊断代码的列表。 对再生失败代码进行故障排除。 |
