Start By:

Remove the storage box and covers.

  1. Remove guard (2) and floor mat (1).

  2. Remove cover (3) and duct (4).

  4. Remove bolts (6).

  5. Disconnect harness assembly (8). Remove duct (7).

  6. Disconnect harness assemblies (9) and (10).

  7. Disconnect harness assemblies (11), (12), (13), (14), and (16). Remove duct (15).

  8. Disconnect hoses (17).

  9. Remove electronic control module (18) and harness assembly (19).

  10. Remove breaker panel (20) and washer fluid mounting bracket (21).

  11. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (22). The weight of cab (22) is approximately 500 kg (1103 lb). Remove two bolts (23) and cab (22).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install cab (22) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten bolts (23) to a torque or 125 ± 20 N·m (92 ± 15 lb ft).
