Head Assembly and Bushing - Remove and Install
- Attach a suitable lifting device to head assembly (2). The weight of head assembly (2) is approximately
40 kg (88 lb) . - Remove bolts (1) and head assembly (2).

- Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to install bearing (3) and lip seal (4). Install bearing (3) to Dimension (X). Install lip seal (4). Repeat for the other side.

520 ± 70 N·m (384 ± 52 lb ft) .
