Ignition Transformer
如果怀疑点火变压器有问题，使用以下步骤检查变压器：
- 将发动机控制开关转到 OFF/RESET（断开 / 复位）位置。 将发动机的断路器转到断开。

点火系统能造成电击。 避免接触点火系统的部件和线路。 发动机运行时，不要试图卸下气门室罩盖。 变压器在气门室盖上接地。 发动机运行时，如果卸下气门室罩盖，会造成人身伤亡和点火系统的损坏。 没有气门室罩盖，发动机将不能工作。 |
- 拆下可疑气缸的气门室盖。
- 将点火线束从变压器上断开。 将变压器从发动机上拆下。

- 检查变压器体和接地弹簧 (2) 是否腐蚀和/或损坏。 确认接地弹簧的螺钉 (1) 牢固。

- 检查延长杆靠近隔圈 (3) 处有无穿孔（针孔）和/或电弧迹象。
注: 穿孔造成发动机缺火，但不产生诊断代码。
- 检查延长杆内的 O 形密封圈 (6) 有无损坏。
- 拆下 O 形密封圈 (6) 。 检查延长杆内的接线端 (4) 是否松动、腐蚀和/或损坏。 将一个火花塞插进变压器，检查接线端 (4) 的弹簧压力。
- 清除延长杆内部的沉积物。 使用沾有异丙醇的 6V-7093 刷子 。

- 测量初级电路二极管的电压。
- 将万用表设定到二极管量程。 测量正极插针 (7) 和负极插针 (8) 之间的电压。

二极管的符号
- 将表笔极性反接后，再次测量针脚之间的电压。
对于初级电路二极管，正极插针和负极插针之间的正确电压为 0.450 VDC 左右。 当极性反接时，万用表应无读数。

- 测量次级电路的电阻。
- 用已知良好的其他气缸中的变压器替换可疑变压器。 安装变压器。 安装气门室盖。

- 将控制系统复位。 清除所有记录诊断代码。
- 起动发动机并运转发动机，以便产生诊断代码。
如果故障随着变压器产生，更换变压器。 确保对发动机使用正确的变压器。 将控制系统复位。 清除所有记录诊断代码。
如果气缸仍有故障，说明故障出在火花塞或变压器电路上。
