保持引擎低速，直到計量儀器上標示出引擎油壓，或是引擎油指示燈熄滅。 如在十秒鐘內燈未熄滅或未標示油壓，則停止引擎並在重新啟動前調查原因。 未能如此操作可導致引擎損壞。 |
附註在液壓控制裝置開始作用前，必須將液壓鎖定控制裝置調至 LOWERED (取消鎖定) 位置。
- 在低怠速下，讓引擎預熱 5 分鐘。 嚙合作業機具控制的操縱桿，然後脫離作業機具控制的操縱桿。 此方法可加速預熱液壓組件。 如果溫度低，或是液壓功能的效率低落，可能需要增加作業時間。
- 請將引擎速度轉盤轉至中等引擎速度，開始預熱液壓油。 運轉引擎約 5 分鐘，然後將操縱桿間歇地從 BUCKET DUMP (鏟斗卸料) 位置移至 HOLD (固定) 位置。 禁止在鏟斗油缸完全伸長的狀態下，將操縱桿維持在 BUCKET DUMP（鏟斗傾卸）位置 10 秒以上。
- 將調速器控制操縱桿移至最大引擎速度。 重複步驟 2。
如此可使機油達到釋放壓力，使機油更迅速到達工作溫度。
- 輪轉所有控制器，以計算所有液壓汽缸和液壓管線的熱機油量。

當您輪流作動機器控制裝置時，機器可能會突然移動。 碰觸到機器和物體之間的人員或地面的人員會造成嚴重傷亡。 輪流作動機器控制裝置之前，機器必須位於 遠離外部物體和地面人員的無阻礙、無危險的作業區域。
- 進行操作期間，請持續觀察儀表和指示燈。
