注: 此发动机配备裂解式连杆。 必须小心处理裂解式连杆。 松开连杆盖螺栓时使用一个软口台钳，固定连杆。
- 从连杆 (1) 上拆下活塞销 (4) 并分离活塞裙部 (2) 和活塞冠部 (6) 。
- 检查活塞头 (6) 中的轴承 (7) 。
- 使用工具 (A) ，拆下活塞环 (5) 。
- 沿长度 (X) 加热连杆 (1) 。 长 (X) 最大尺寸为 83.0 mm (3.27 in)。

在安装活塞销子轴承的时候，必须对连杆进行加热处理。 不要使用明火加热。 |
- 拆下旧轴承 (8) ，同时安装新轴承 (8) 。
- 轴承接头必须在箭头所示位置之一的 5 度以内。
