在工作温度下，发动机冷却液是热的，并且带有压力。 蒸汽还会引起人身伤害。 只有在发动机已关闭且加注口盖冷却到可徒手触摸后，才能检查冷却液液位。 缓慢卸下加注口盖，释放其中压力。 冷却系统添加剂含碱。 应避免皮肤和眼睛与其接触，以防造成人身伤害。 |
注: 为了便于安装，请在所有软管组件、导线及管组件上作识别标记。 塞住所有软管组件和管组件。 这将有助于防止液体泄漏和防止污染物进入系统。
- 从冷却系统将冷却液排入合适的容器以便保存或废弃这些冷却液。
- 拆下螺栓 (2) 。 拆下排气弯头 (1) 和排气管组件 (3) 。

- 松开卡箍 (4) 。

- 松开卡箍 (6) 和 (7) 。

- 拆下两颗顶部螺栓 (8) 并安装工具 (A) 。 拆下剩余的螺栓 (8) 。 折下后冷器 (10) 。
- 从后冷器 (10) 上拆下密封垫 (9) 。
