Removal Procedure
- Disconnect gas spring (3). Remove bolts (1). Use two people in order to remove door assembly (2). The weight of door assembly (2) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force. |
- Remove bolts (4) .

- Remove bolts (6) and sheet (5) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to door assembly (7). The weight of door assembly (7) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove bolts (9) from both sides and remove door assembly (7) .

Installation Procedure
- Attach a suitable lifting device to door assembly (7). The weight of door assembly (7) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Position door assembly (7) and install bolts (9) on both sides.

- Connect gas springs (8) to door assembly (7) .

- Install sheet (5) and bolts (6) .
