MID 036 - CID 0106 - FMI 08 Air Inlet Pressure Sensor noisy signal
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The duty cycle or the frequency of the signal from the inlet pressure sensor is out of range.
Additionally, neither of the following diagnostic codes are active:
- 41-03 8 Volt DC Supply short to +batt
- 41-04 8 Volt DC Supply short to ground
System Response:
The fuel is shut off. The shutdown output is activated. The code is logged.
Possible Performance Effect:
The engine is shut down.
Troubleshooting:
Test Step 1. Perform the following diagnostic procedure: "PWM Sensor"
Results:
- OK - STOP
