Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Remove".

  1. Remove plug (1), backup ring (3), O-ring seal (2), spring (4), and poppet (5) .

  1. Repeat Step 1 for the remaining plugs.

  1. Remove bolts (6), plate (7), O-ring seal (8), valve (9), spring (12), poppet (15), and sleeve (18) .

  1. Remove plug (10), O-ring seal (16), backup ring (13), and sleeve (19) .

  1. Remove plug (11), O-ring seal (17), and backup ring (14) .

  1. Remove bolts (20), housing assembly (21), spring (22), poppet (23), ring (24), sleeve (25), spring (26), and poppet (27) .

  1. Remove plugs (28) and the O-ring seals (29) .

  1. Remove plugs (36) and O-ring seals (37) .

  1. Remove plugs (39) and O-ring seals (38) .

  1. Remove plug (32), O-ring seal (40), spring (31), and sleeve (30) .

  1. Remove plug (33), O-ring seal (34), and spool (35) from housing assembly (21) .

  1. Remove plug (41), O-ring seal (42), shims (43), spring (44), ring (45), poppet (47), sleeve (48), and O-ring seal (49) .

  1. Remove plug (46) and the O-ring seal.

  1. Remove plugs (50) and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove plug (52), the O-ring seals, and the backup ring.

  1. Remove check valves (51) and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove nut (53), rod (54), O-ring seal (55), O-ring seal (57), the backup ring, and the O-ring seal from housing (56). Remove washer (58), shims (59), spring (60), spool (61), spring (62), spool (63), sleeve (64), O-ring seals (65), and sleeve (66) from housing (67) .

  1. Remove valve (68), backup ring (70), the O-ring seal, spring (69), and poppet (71) .

  1. Remove plug (74), O-ring seal (73), the O-ring seal, and backup ring (72) .

  1. Remove check valves (76) and O-ring seals (75) .

  1. Remove check valve (77), O-ring seals (78), and O-ring seals (79) .

  1. Remove plug (80), O-ring seal (81), and valve (82) .

  1. Remove sleeve (96), spring (97), retainer (98), O-ring seals (99), piston (95), spring (100), piston (101), O-ring seal (102), washer (94), and retainer (93) .

  1. Remove spool assembly (118), bolt (125), retainer (121), spring (120), and retainer (119) .

  1. Repeat Step 27 through Step 28 for valve assembly (117), valve assembly (116), valve assembly (115), valve assembly (114), and valve assembly (113) .
