Boom Drift Reduction Valve

Usage:

325D L A3R
动臂沉降阻尼阀位于主控制阀与动臂油缸之间的动臂回路中。 当动臂的操纵手柄处于空档位置时。 动臂沉降阻尼阀阻止机油从动臂油缸缸盖泄漏。 停止泄油可防止动臂漂移。

当移动操纵手柄执行动臂提升操作时。 先导油并非从先导控制阀输送到动臂沉降阻尼阀 (16) 的端口 (15)。 滑阀 (11) 也不会移动。

从动臂 II 控制阀流出的机油流进动臂沉降阻尼阀的孔口 (6)。 从动臂 I 控制阀流出的机油流进动臂沉降阻尼阀的孔口 (7)。 流经孔口 (6) 和 (7) 的机油合流后流进油道 (1)。 由于油道 (1) 中的机油压力升高,阀 (2) 顶着弹簧 (3) 的弹力移动。 弹簧室 (4) 中的机油经过油道 (5) 和 (9),流向孔口 (8)。 现在,油道 (1) 输送的机油经过孔口 (8),流向动臂油缸的缸盖端。

当移动操纵手柄执行动臂下降操作时。 先导油从先导控制阀输送到动臂沉降阻尼阀 (16) 的端口 (15)。 滑阀 (11) 向下移动,直到滑阀触及螺塞 (21)。 弹簧室 (4) 内的油经由油道 (5)、滑阀 (11) 内的油道、弹簧室 (20)、孔口 (18) 和排油管路 (13) 到达液压油箱。

动臂油缸缸盖端的回油流进孔口 (8)。 由于弹簧室 (4) 中的压力较低,孔口 (8) 中的机油顶着弹簧 (3) 的弹力移动阀 (2)。 从动臂油缸缸盖端流出的机油经过孔口 (8)、油道 (1) 和油道 (7),流向动臂 I 控制阀。
