Seat - Remove and Install

Usage:

325C BKW

Removal Procedure

  1. Open the cab door. Lock the cab door in the OPEN position.

  1. Position the seat to the rear position. Tilt the back of the seat forward.

  1. If the seat is equipped with a heater, disconnect the harness assembly to the heater.

  1. Remove bolts (1) .

  1. Reposition the seat to the forward position.

  1. Remove bolts (2) from seat assembly (3). Remove the seat assembly (3) from the cab. The weight of seat assembly (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Installation Procedure

  1. Position seat assembly (3) in the cab. The weight of seat assembly (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (2) .

  1. Position the seat to the rear position. Tilt the back of the seat forward.

  1. Install bolts (1) .

  1. If the seat is equipped with a heater, connect the harness assembly to the heater.

  1. Sit in the seat assembly with the operator's back against the back of the seat assembly. Adjust the seat assembly so that the operator is able to move the pedals completely forward and rearward. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Seat and Console Adjustment" for more information.

  1. Close the door to the cab.
