- 在前壳体中定位单体喷油器液压泵 (2) 。

注: 参考图 2 和 3 以识别各单体喷油器液压泵。
- 安装 O 形密封圈 (10) 。 在 O 形密封圈 (10) 、单体喷油器液压泵的安装法兰和单体喷油器液压泵的安装位置处的前壳体后面涂抹工具 (A) 。
注: 如果单体喷油器液压泵的安装法兰中或单体喷油器液压泵安装位置处的前壳体中安装有定位销，安装单体喷油器液压泵前先拆下定位销。

- 按如图所示定位单体喷油器液压泵 (9) ，然后顺时针旋转至最终安装方位。

- 安装螺栓 (8) 并用手拧紧。
注: 在所有软管和管连接至单体喷油器液压泵 (9) 之前，不要完全拧紧螺栓 (8) 。

- 将螺栓 (8) 上紧到 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 拧紧管组件 (2) 、软管组件 (5) 和软管组件 (3) 。
- 安装线束组件 (1) 。
