- 将发动机机油排入合适的容器以便保存或弃置。
- 拆下发动机油底壳 (1) 的螺栓。 拆下发动机油底壳 (1) 。

- 将密封垫 (2) 从发动机油底壳 (1) 上拆下。

- 将放油塞和 O 形密封圈安装到发动机油底壳上。 将放油塞上紧到 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 检验密封垫的状况。 必要时，更换密封垫。
注: 在新型发动机上，油底壳采用整体式密封。 检查密封的状态并在必要时更换密封。
- 清理发动机油底壳和缸体的配合面。

- 将新密封垫 (2) 和发动机油底壳 (1) 定位到缸体上。

- 从螺栓 (Z) 开始，沿逆时针方向重新上紧螺栓。 将螺栓上紧到 31 ± 3 N·m (23 ± 2 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 向发动机加注机油到正确的油位。 请参阅操作和保养手册，了解正确的加注程序。
