Problem:

Certain 150-1388 A/C Panels that are used for the heaters/air conditioners in the listed machine ranges have non-functioning software.

Solution:

The only recourse for the non-functioning 150-1388 A/C Panels is to replace the control panel. The manufacturer's date codes for the failed panels are "**UNDO" and "**UUDO". The date codes should be observed near the area where the part number and change level are stamped.

Replace the defective panels with a new 150-1388 A/C Panel. Make sure the new panel has a date code different than "UNDO" and "UUDO". Identify and return the defective panels to your nearest Parts Distribution Center.
