All Machines and Engines Using 3E-8848, 6V-2455, 3E-7886, 4P-5820, 109-0267 and 104-6387 Speed Sensor Assemblies
Description of Change: The manufacturing process has been changed to improve the reliability of the speed sensor assemblies.
Adaptable To: The 3E-8848, 6V-2455, 3E-7886, 4P-5820, 109-0267 and 104-6387 Speed Sensors have been improved effective with sensors manufactured January 15, 1998 and later. The date code is a four digit code number which follows the part number. The first three digits of the number is the day of the year that the sensor was produced. The fourth digit is the last digit of the year. For example 0158 = 15th day of the year 1998 (January 15, 1998).
