Introduction
This Special Instruction contains the procedure and list of required parts to install the new fuel pump on the machines listed above.
Do not perform any procedure in this Special Instruction until you have read the information and you understand the information.

Installation Procedure
- Remove existing fuel priming pump (A), fuel filter assembly (B), filter mounting bracket (C), and fuel supply lines (). Cap port on T-fitting on fuel tank to prevent contamination. Mark harness leads for fuel pump and WIF sensor as both will be used for the new pump and WIF sensor. Refer to Illustration 1.

(8)3S-2093 Cable Strap - Use bulk hose (7) to make hoses for fuel inlet and air-bleed/overflow as shown in Illustration 6. Secure hoses using hose clamps (E). Use cable straps (8) as needed, to prevent hoses from rubbing other components.

(8)3S-2093 Cable Strap - Make fuel outlet hose from bulk hose (7). Before installing, clean hose as you would a fabricated hydraulic hose. Hose should be free of loose debris. Secure using hose clamps (E). Use tie straps (8) as needed to prevent hoses from rubbing other components. Refer to Illustration 7.

(8)3S-2093 Cable Strap - Connect wire lead for WIF sensor (F) to existing harness connection (G). Secure this connection to weld link on frame using cable strap (8). Refer to Illustration 8.
- Key-on machine to allow pump to prime and fill. This action will also purge any debris still in the new fuel lines. Check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, crank machine.
