Invalid Frequency error message

In Cat® Product Link (PL) web maintenance tab, users can set the maintenance intervals through odometer miles. When the user attempts to use the odometer miles feature, an error message "Invalid Frequency" will occur (Refer to Illustration 1).

Solution

Caterpillar is aware of this problem and the issue will be addressed in the next back-office software update expected to release by middle of May 2018. Until the issue is resolved, the use of Preventive Maintenance (PM) intervals using miles as a unit of measure will not be available to the users.
