Problem
Customer assets that are subscribed under "Cat Daily" subscription are reporting at a very high rate, range from dozens to hundreds of times per day per asset. This issue is being reported on PL522 and PL523 legacy devices.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem and the resolution will be available in the next Firmware update for these devices. Once the Firmware update is completed, updates will be sent to the affected devices. As an interim action, leave the PL5 devices on standard subscription and do not transfer to "Cat Daily" subscription until June 2018.
