Torque converter The torque converter is located between the engine and the transmission housed in the case (input) (gears). |

Case (input) (gears) The torque converter updrive housing is fastened to the engine flywheel housing. The case houses the torque converter which contains two gear sets. One gear set drives the steering, implement, transmission, hydraulic fan, air condition and, brake, pilot, secondary fan pumps. The second gear set drives the output shaft and yoke, which then drives the transmission. |
