Start By:
- Remove the belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt - Remove and Install".

- Place Tooling (A) and a suitable wood block under bogie assembly (1), as shown. Secure bogie assembly (1) to Tooling (A).
- Remove bolt (3) and pin assembly (2). Remove bogie assembly (1) from the machine. The weight of the bogie assembly is approximately
104 kg (229 lb) .

- Install a wood block and bogie assembly (1) on Tooling (A). Secure bogie assembly (1) to Tooling (A). The weight of the bogie assembly is approximately
104 kg (229 lb) . - Apply Tooling (B) to the cylindrical surface of bogie assembly (1).
- Install bogie assembly (1). Install pin (2) and bolt (3). Fill the cavity with Tooling (C) until Tooling (C) is visible on both sides of the bogie assembly.
