Manual Stop Procedure

PERHATIAN

Mematikan engine dengan segera setelah bekerja dengan beban dapat mengakibatkan panas berlebih dan percepatan keausan komponen engine.

Temperatur yang berlebih di dalam rumah tengah turbocharger akan menyebabkan permasalahan oli menjadi arang. Temperatur yang berlebih di dalam rumah tengah turbocharger dapat merusak bantalan turbocharger/sistem poros dan mempersingkat umur turbocharger secara signifikan.

Biarkan engine menjadi dingin secara bertahap sebelum mematikan engine


  1. Kurangi rpm engine ke idle rendah. Lepaskan peralatan berpenggerak.

  1. Biarkan engine berada pada kecepatan idle tanpa beban selama 15 menit untuk mendinginkan engine.

  1. Periksa tingkat oli karter engine saat engine berjalan idle. Pertahankan agar tingkat oli berada di antara tanda "ADD" (Tambah) dan "FULL" (Penuh) di sisi "LOW IDLE" (Idle Rendah) pada pengukur tingkat oli.

  1. Putar sakelar "FUEL ON/OFF" (On/Off Bahan Bakar) ke posisi OFF.

Engine akan berjalan hingga berhenti. Pastikan sistem yang memberikan daya topang eksternal pada engine dikencangkan setelah engine dihentikan.
