(1) Final installation torque for nut ... 0.9 ± 0.1 N·m (8 ± 1 lb in)

The control for the tachometer calibration is located under the plug (2).

Operating temperature range ... −20 to 85 °C (−4 to 185 °F)

The tachometer must be accurate within the following value. ... ± 0.5 percent

Input frequency range ... 75 to 9000 Hz

Time that is required to update display

Maximum ... 1.0 seconds
Minimum ... 0.25 seconds

If the tachometer signal is provided from a signal generator that is driven from a tachometer drive use the number 11 switch position for the tachometer calibration. If the tachometer signal is provided from an engine speed sensor use the number 1 through 9 , 10 and 12 through 14 switch positions for the tachometer calibration. The switch position that is used will depend on the number of teeth that is on the flywheel.
