Parking Brake Manual Release

Usage:

PM-102 Z2X

------ WARNING! ------

Personal injury or death can result from a brake malfunction. Do not operate the machine if the brake was applied due to a malfunction of the brake system.

Correct any problem before attempting to operate the machine.


There are four parking brakes on the machine

  1. Open the front engine access door on the operators platform.

  2. Turn locking ring (1) fully counterclockwise.

  3. Turn knob (2) fully clockwise.

  4. Turn the engine start switch on the dashboard to the I position to turn on the parking brake warning light.

  5. Operate the manual pump (3) until the parking brake warning light switches off.

  6. Proceed to tow the machine.

  7. Turn locking ring (2) fully counterclockwise and turn the knob (1) fully clockwise to restore the brake system.

  8. Close the front engine access door.
