Operator Platform (1) Power distribution module |
Power distribution module (1) is mounted to the left door to the air-to-air aftercooler compartment. The aftercooler compartment is located below the machine key switch panel. The left compartment door provides access to the module.
Power distribution module (1) houses a printed circuit board that uses fuses and relays attached to the board to distribute power. Power is distributed from switch and unswitched fuses and relays inside the module to components in the auxiliary system.

The relays inside the power distribution module are located under the module cover plate. The module cover plate must be removed to access the relays.
The power distribution module contains components used in the auxiliary system. The module contains the following components:
- Truck hitch open relay (2) and truck hitch close relay (3)
- Auger raise relay (4) and auger lower relay (5)
- Left tow point lower relay (6) and left tow point raise relay (7)
- Right tow point lower relay (8) and right tow point raise relay (9)
- Apron-fold down relay (10) and apron-fold up relay (11)
- Ventilation enable relay (12)
Note: The four tow point relays are installed on all machines. However, these relays are only used when an aftermarket grade and slope system is installed on the machine.

Left Side of Machine (13) Screed-assist pressure sensor |
Screed-assist pressure sensor (13) is on the back of the auxiliary manifold, on the left side of the machine. The left side compartment door provides access to the manifold.
Screed-assist pressure sensor (13) provides input signals to the machine ECM. Pressure sensor inputs are transferred to the display via CAN communications lines. Information from the sensor is read on the display. Screed-assist pressure is adjustable through display input.
