Description Of Change: The New Speed Sensor Gp is now used for the Intermediate Speed Sensor Application on certain machines that are listed in this publication.

Adaptable To: For the Intermediate Speed Sensor Application on 777G Trucks, the existing 201-6615 Speed Sensor Gp is being replaced by the 191-8303 Speed Sensor Gp along with the 484-9920 Sensor Harness As.

Procedure for Installing 191-8303 Speed Sensor Gp.

    (3) 3S-2093 Cable Strap
    (4) 484-9920 Sensor Harness As

  1. The 484-9920 Sensor Harness As (4) should be tied back to the sensor body in a "double loop" orientation (as shown in Illustration 1) using the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (3) to relieve tension on the wires into the connector body.

Note: Perform this step before installation into the transmission.
