Reweigh messages instruct the operator to reweigh the previous bucket. These messages will be displayed immediately after the bucket has been weighed. These messages are displayed when this application detects an error in the process of the lift. Details of each message are shown below:
Weigh W/O Stopping - Lift Stopped During Weigh
This reweigh message appears if the following occurs:
- The bucket stops moving while the bucket is in the weigh range
- The operator releases the lift lever before the bucket has traveled completely through the weigh range
Weigh W/O Shifting - Lift Pressure Change During Weigh
This reweigh message will appear when a substantial spike in lift pressure is sensed in the hydraulic system. This event appears when the following occurs:
- The machine changes direction while the bucket is in the weigh range
Lift too high: This message will appear when the linkage is fully extended and an estimated weight is requested, or active upon entering the fully extended state
Lift too low: This message will appear when the linkage is fully lowered and an estimated weight is requested, or active upon entering the fully lowered state.
Fully Rackback Bucket - Bucket Not Fully Racked Back
This reweigh message appears if the bucket was not fully racked back while the bucket passed through the weigh range.
If a reweigh is recommended, the operator can either:
- Perform the lift and travel through the weigh range again to generate a scaled weight
- Push the estimated weight button to generate an estimated weight without traveling through the weigh range
- Ignore the warning and use the existing weight
As long as the bucket is not dumped, the load will not be permanently added to the truck weight.
Note: An estimated weight is not as accurate as going through a full lift and likely not within the precision spec of this application.
