1	12	156-5916 Collet	Before assembly, outer diameter, inner diameter, and mating surfaces to be clean. Apply Loctite C5A copper anti seize to the outer diameter and inner diameter of the collet.
2	20	7X-4786 Lip Type Seal	Before assembly, apply red Loctite 263 to the seals.
3	6	3E-8009 Bolt	Before assembly, outer diameter, inner diameter, and mating surfaces to be clean: 1. Apply Loctite C5A copper anti seize to the threads of the bolt. 2. Tighten bolt to 1800 ± 200 N·m (1328 ± 148 lb ft). 3. Tap the joint until the torque drops lower than 950 N·m (701 lb ft). 4. Tighten bolt to 1800 ± 200 N·m (1328 ± 148 lb ft). 5. Apply a second impact until the torque drops to less than 1600 N·m (1180 lb ft). 6. Tighten bolt to 1800 ± 200 N·m (1328 ± 148 lb ft). 7. Torque bolt to 1800 ± 200 N·m (1328 ± 148 lb ft) after 50 hours of vehicle operation.
4	Use shims as required to eliminate gaps between lift arm and bucket:
	12	422-1688 Shim	Thickness is 3.0 mm (0.12 inch).
	6	422-1689 Shim	Thickness is 5.0 mm (0.20 inch).
5	4	420-1508 Pin Seal	Before assembly, apply red Loctite 263 to the bore.
6	4	389-4907 Collet	Before assembly, outer diameter, inner diameter, and mating surfaces to be clean. Apply Loctite C5A copper anti seize to the outer diameter and inner diameter of the collet.
