  1. 将轴承外圈 (10) 安装到壳体 (9) 中。

    注: 轴承内圈 (8) 和 (4) 应清洁干燥,没有任何润滑油。 轴承内圈 (8) 和 (4) 上的任何机油将影响滚动扭矩读数。

  2. 将轴承内圈 (8) 装入壳体 (9)。

  3. 将唇型密封 (13) 安装在壳体 (9) 中。 唇型密封 (13) 内的弹簧必须朝向壳体 (9) 内部安装。

  4. 将清洁油脂涂抹在密封件罩 (11) 上。 将密封罩 (11) 安装到壳体 (9) 上。

  5. 将心轴 (12) 定位到法兰端上。 将壳体 (9) 降低到心轴 (12) 上,直到轴承内圈 (8) 与心轴上的法兰相接触。

  6. 将轴承内圈 (4) 按压到心轴 (12) 上,直到获得轻微的轴承端隙 0.102 ± 0.025 mm (0.0040 ± 0.0010 inch)。 测量唇型密封 (13)、密封罩 (11) 和轴承内圈的滚动扭矩。

  7. 按压轴承内圈 (4),直到滚动扭矩增加到比步骤 6 中测量的滚动扭矩高 1.4 ± 0.3 N·m (12.5 ± 2.5 lb in)。 如果增加量大于 1.4 ± 0.3 N·m (12.5 ± 2.5 lb in),敲打心轴 (12) 的端部。

  8. 安装垫圈 (3)。

  9. 将工具 (C) 涂抹到轴承螺母 (2) 的螺纹上。 使用工具 (A) 将轴承螺母 (2) 安装到心轴 (12) 上。

  10. 转动壳体 (9) 并让轴承落座。 拧紧轴承螺母 (2) 至最大扭矩为 373 N·m (275 lb ft)。 该组装应没有端隙。 滚动扭矩必须增加到比步骤 6 中测量的滚动扭矩高 2.8 ± 1.7 N·m (25 ± 15 lb in)。 此步骤将产生 0.038 ± 0.013 mm (0.0015 ± 0.0005 inch) 的轴承预负载。

  11. 轻敲心轴 (12) 的端部,再次检查滚动扭矩。

  12. 比较步骤 10 至 11 的滚动扭矩。 如果滚动扭矩不相等,则必须再次紧固轴承螺母 (2)。

  13. 将垫圈 (3) 上的锁片弯向心轴 (12)。

  14. 将冲头插入壳体 (9) 中的孔,然后在两个位置定位轴承螺母 (2)。

  15. 将 O 形密封圈安装在螺塞 (6) 和螺塞 (7) 上。 将螺塞 (6) 和螺塞 (7) 安装到壳体 (9) 中。

  16. 将 O 形密封圈 (5) 安装在接头 (1) 上。 将接头 (1) 安装到壳体 (9) 中。

结束:

  1. 安装振动支架。
