A New Hose Is Now Used in the Air to Air After Cooler (ATAAC) Lines Group on Certain 795F Off-Highway Trucks {1063, 1071}

Description of Change: A new hose is now used in the ATAAC lines group on the machines listed above. The new hose made of improved material withstands higher pressure and higher temperatures. The new hose provides extended service life.

New 471-8721 Hose (1) replaces the former 367-4966 Hose or 463-1873 Hose in the 391-2404 Air Lines Gp .
Ensure that the turbo outlet and ATAAC lines do not contact the first convolute on each end of the new hump hose before tightening the hose clamps. Refer to Illustration 2.
The new 471-8721 Hose is adaptable to machines ERM1-296, SNT1-101 and effective in production with machines ERM297-UP, SNT102-UP.
