Bank Valve (Loader) - Disassemble

Usage:

424B HD JRY

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the bank valve (loader).

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be cleaned thoroughly. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Remove three nuts (1) and cover group (2) .

  1. Remove loader tilt control valve (3) from loader bank valve (4) .

  1. Remove O-rings (5) .

  1. Remove plug (8), O-ring (6), and piston (7) .

  1. Remove plugs (9) and O-rings (10) .

  1. Remove valve groups (11) from the tilt control valve.

  1. Remove O-ring (12), seal (13), and O-ring (14) .

  1. Remove screws (15) and boot (16). Remove spool assembly (17) .

    Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.

    Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

    Note: Use Tooling (A) and (B) to disassemble the spool assembly.

    Note: To avoid breaking the clamp, place the clamp approximately 15 mm (0.59 inch) from the end of the spool (never in the center)

  1. Remove adaptor (18), retainers (19), and spring (20) .

  1. Remove plate (21) and seal (22) .

    Note: Beforehand, heat the spool to 200° C (392° F) in an oven or, failing that, with a heat gun. Wear thick protective gloves when handling the hot spool.

    Note: Do not use a welding torch to heat the tongue as spool deformation may result.

  1. Remove tongue (23) .

  1. Remove lift control valve (24) .

  1. Repeat Steps 3 to 5.

  1. Remove plugs (25) .

  1. Remove O-ring (26), shim (27), and O-ring (28) .

  1. Repeat Steps 8 to 11.

  1. Remove regulator assembly (29) .

  1. Remove O-ring (30), shim (31), stop (32), spring (33), and piston assembly (34) .

  1. Remove pressure relief valve (35) .

  1. Remove flow regulator valve (37) .
