注: 主安全阀 (1) 位于机具阀内侧方的进气歧管 (2) 中。
- 将主安全阀 (1) 安装到 1U-9358 测试歧管组 工具 (A) 中，以便在测试台架上测试安全阀。 拧紧安全阀至扭矩为 65 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft)。
注: 机具主安全阀 (1) 的设定值高于泵切断压力。 机具主安全阀必须以 38 L/min (10 US gpm) 的流量测试。 有关正确的压力设定值，请参阅技术规格部分。
调整步骤

- 松开锁紧螺母 (2) 的同时将调整螺钉 (3) 保持到位。
- 顺时针转动调整螺栓 (3) 以增大压力设定值，逆时针转动调整螺栓 (3) 以减小压力设定值。
- 设定压力后，拧紧锁紧螺母 (2) 的同时将调整螺栓 (3) 拧紧到扭矩为 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft)。
- 将主安全阀 (1) 安装回进气歧管中。 拧紧主安全阀至扭矩为 65 ± 5 N·m (48 ± 4 lb ft)。
