- Raise hood (1) by activating switch (2). Turn battery disconnect switch (3) to the OFF position.

- Loosen cartridge assembly (22) and remove solenoid assembly (19).
- Remove nut (25), washer (24), and coil (15).
- Remove O-ring seals (21) from cartridge assembly (22).

- Install fuel manifold (15) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten nut (25) to a torque of
20 ± 2.5 N·m (177 ± 22 lb in) . - Tighten cartridge assembly (22) to a torque of
50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten filter connector (16) to a torque of
30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft) - Tighten connectors (17) and (18) to a torque of
17 ± 1.5 N·m (150 ± 13 lb in) - Tighten fuel pressure sensor (20) to a torque of
30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft) .
- Tighten nut (25) to a torque of
