开始:
- 拆下活塞和连杆。
注: 在活塞和连杆组件的部件上作一个临时标记。 标记部件能确保将每个活塞和连杆组件的部件重新安装到原来的气缸中。 标记活塞在活塞销前凸台上的底面。 请勿交换使用部件。
- 将活塞和连杆定位到软口台钳中。 使用工具 (A) 将三个环 (2) 从活塞 (1) 上拆下。

图 4 g02723375 - 将其余环 (4) 和活塞销 (3) 从活塞 (1) 上拆下。
注: 记录锻造标记 (X) 的位置。 锻造标记旨在确保连杆组件和活塞组件的方位正确。
- 如有必要，将螺栓 (7) 和连杆轴承 (6) 从连杆 (5) 和连杆盖 (8) 上拆下。 检查活塞销轴承 (9)。

- 检查连杆有无磨损或损坏。 如有必要，更换连杆 (5) 或活塞销轴承 (9)。
注: 如果更换活塞销的连杆或衬套，请参阅技术规格, "连杆"了解正确的步骤。
- 重复步骤 1 至 5，拆解其余的活塞和连杆。
