Periksa apakah pipa saluran yang terpasang pada semua fiting gemuk pelumas jauh tidak dalam keadaan rusak. Apabila pipa saluran gemuk pelumas putus, gemuk pelumas tidak akan mencapai komponen yang memerlukan pelumasan. Kerusakan pada alat berat dapat terjadi. |
Pelumasan harus dilakukan dengan interval yang disarankan. Gemuk harus diberikan hingga gemuk segar muncul di sambungan.
- Parkir alat berat pada bidang datar. Pastikan rem parkir telah diaktifkan sepenuhnya dan hentikan engine. Pasang kunci rangka pengemudian. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pengoperasian dan Perawatan, "Kunci Rangka Pengemudian".
Catatan: Fitting untuk pelumasan silinder suspensi depan terletak di penyangga belakang untuk spatbor pada traktor.
- Lepaskan tutup dan bersihkan semua fitting dengan menyeka permukaan fitting sebelum melumasinya.

- Pasang tutup ke fitting.
- Lepaskan kunci rangka pengemudian. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pengoperasian dan Perawatan, "Kunci Rangka Pengemudian".
