Description of Change: A new Head-End (HE) check valve is now available for the ride control valve section on these machines. The new check valve has an improved design to help prevent leaks. The new HE check valve also improves performance of the ride control. A new torque value is required for the new check valve.

Adaptable To: The 367-3012 Check Valve Gp will replace the former 343-3302 Check Valve Gp. The effectivity for this change is listed in the table that follows.

367-3012 Check Valve Gp

Torque the 367-3012 Check Valve Gp to 200 ± 20 N·m (148 ± 15 lb ft).

Note: The installation torque for the former 343-3302 Check Valve Gp must be150 ± 8 N·m ( 111 ± 6 lb ft). The new HE check valve has higher torque capability than the former HE check valve.
