New Rocker Arm Assemblies Have New Inserts And Buttons{1123}

Usage:

3606, 3608, 3612, 3616 Engines

Description of Change: New rocker arm assemblies are used. A new insert is used in the rocker arm assemblies. A new button is used in a valve rocker arm assembly and a valve rocker arm group. The new inserts and buttons will provide longer service life. The former button could crack under certain applications.

Adaptable To: The part number for the improved 7C0419 Valve Rocker Arm Group has not changed. The new 7E7202 Button replaces the former 4W9294 Button. The new 7E7203 Insert replaces the former 4W9295 Insert. The new button and insert must be used together.

The new 7E7204 Rocker Arm Assembly which includes the new insert, replaces the former 9Y4754 Valve Rocker Arm Assembly. The 7E7205 Rocker Arm Assembly, which includes the new insert, replaces the 9Y4755 Injector Rocker Arm Assembly. The new 7E7206 rocker Arm Assembly, which consists of the new button and the 7E7204 and 7E7205 Rocker Arm Assemblies, replaces the former 1W2480 Rocker Arm Group.
