Introduction

The special instruction provides a rework procedure for the 365-7422 Cab Harness As of the 240-2131 Cab Ar for the machines that are listed above.

Do not perform any procedure in this Special Instruction until you have read this Special Instruction and understand this information.

Rework Procedure

Follow the below listed steps for performing the rework procedure of the 365-7422 Cab Harness As .

  1. On the 365-7422 Cab Harness As , remove the wire A577-GN from pin 4 of the 155-2252 Connector Plug As (CM-C1 connector).

  1. Insert a 8T-8737 Seal Plug into Pin 4 of the CM-C1 connector from where the wire A577-GN was removed.

  1. Place the wire A577-GN into the 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit and then plug the other empty socket of the 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit with a 8T-8737 Seal Plug .

  1. Cap the 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit with 102-8802 Receptacle Kit and plug the sockets on the 102-8802 Receptacle Kit with 8T-8737 Seal Plugs .

  1. Secure the wire A577-GN to the 365-7422 Cab Harness As with a cable tie.
