A new track idler group is now available. The triple flange design may improve track engagement for machines that work primarily on slopes and challenging underfoot conditions. Such conditions include uneven terrain, transitions, and stumps. The triple flange design may also improve track engagement for machines that operate in applications that require carrying heavy hydra-mechanical work tool.

In many instances, improvements can be seen when replacing only the idler at the location where derailments are most common. The additional flange provides increased retention preventing the track from twisting over the idler.
Note: Although triple flange idlers may improve track retention, there is still a possibility of track derailment under certain operating and underfoot conditions.
