滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下液压系统的部件或管路时，确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上，而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修机器时，务必小心，确保用容器盛接流出的油液。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。 有关可提供予卡特彼勒机器的工具及适合于盛装油液的容器，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具及车间用品指南"。 根据当地法规处置所有液体。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。
- 将熨平板降到坚硬的水平地面上。
- 将断路开关转到断开位置。
- 松开螺栓 (2) ，然后拆下盖 (1) 。

- 断开线束组件 (5) 和 (6) 。 拆下螺母和接地导线 (7) 。 拆下螺栓和卡箍 (4) 。 将线束组件 (3) 移到一边。

- 将熨平板 (14) 、螺栓 (13) 、垫圈和螺母安装到机器。

- 连接软管组件 (12) 。

- 将线束组件 (10) 连接到横梁上的横坡传感器。 将电缆扎带 (11) 安装到横梁。
