遵循该步骤调整机械电子控制单体喷油器:
- 将 1 号活塞置于压缩冲程的上止点位置。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "确定 1 号活塞上止点位置"。
- 1 号气缸在其压缩冲程上止点位置时即可进行 3、5 和 6 号气缸的调整。
- 松开锁紧螺母 (3)。
- 转动调整螺钉 (2),直到螺钉与机械电子控制单体喷油器接触。
- 将调整螺钉再额外拧紧两圈。
- 逆时针转动调整螺钉 2.5 圈。
- 转动调整螺钉,直到螺钉与机械电子控制单体喷油器接触。
- 顺时针再转动调整螺钉 180 度。
- 将调整螺钉保持在此位置,并拧紧锁紧螺母至扭矩为
100 ± 10 N·m (74 ± 7 lb ft) 。
- 以正常运转方向转动发动机 360 度。 1 号气缸现在正好在其排气冲程的上止点位置。
- 1 号气缸在其排气冲程上止点位置时即可进行 1、2 和 4 号气缸的调整。
- 松开锁紧螺母。
- 转动调整螺钉,直到螺钉与机械电子控制单体喷油器接触。
- 将调整螺钉再拧紧 2 圈。
- 逆时针转动调整螺钉 2.5 圈。
- 转动调整螺钉,直到螺钉与机械电子控制单体喷油器接触。
- 顺时针再转动调整螺钉 180 度。
- 将调整螺钉保持在此位置,并拧紧锁紧螺母至扭矩为
100 ± 10 N·m (74 ± 7 lb ft) 。
