发动机清洁排放模块 (CEM) 包括下述部件。

  • 柴油氧化催化器(DOC)

  • 柴油微粒滤清器(DPF)

柴油氧化催化器 (DOC) 将排气中未充分燃烧的一氧化碳和烃类氧化成二氧化碳和水。 柴油氧化催化器 (DOC) 是一个在所有正常发动机操作条件下都可持续操作的通流式设备。

柴油微粒滤清器 (DPF) 收集排气中的所有颗粒物质。

柔性排气管连接发动机与清洁排放模块 (CEM)。 有关安装柔性排气管的正确步骤,请参阅拆解和装配。

通过 DPF 收集的固体颗粒物质包括燃油燃烧不充分产生的烟尘(积碳),以及气缸中任何机油燃烧产生的无机灰分。

正常发动机操作条件下,灰分的积聚速度非常缓慢。 滤清器设计用于容纳发动机使用寿命期间产生的所有灰分。

发动机后处理系统旨在按照发动机产生烟尘的相同速度,来氧化 DPF 中的烟尘。 烟尘氧化发生在发动机在正常条件下操作时。 将会持续监视 DPF 中的烟尘。 如果发动机操作方式产生的烟尘多于氧化的烟尘,发动机管理系统将自动启用系统,以升高排气温度。 排气温度升高将确保氧化的烟尘多于发动机产生的烟尘。 烟尘氧化量增加,DPF 将恢复到更低的烟尘水平。 烟尘水平降低后,系统将停用。

发动机 ECM 必须清楚 DPF 中产生了多少烟尘。 烟尘的测量可通过以下方式来完成:

  • 经过 DPF 的无线电频率测量

  • 根据研发的发动机排出烟尘测量值计算出型号

电子控制模块 (ECM) 使用烟尘测量信息来确定是否需要调整发动机操作条件,以便加速氧化烟尘。
