在进行检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品期间,必须小心以确保装好排放出的油液。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的部件之前,要准备好合适的容器收集液体。

按照当地法规和要求处置所有液体。


行车制动器检查

注: 制动器阀(前行车制动器)启动前行车制动器。 制动器阀(后行车制动器、减速器控制、牵引力控制)启动后制动器。

  1. 发动机起动时,允许制动器蓄能器充压,且允许蓄能器充压阀达到切断压力。

  1. 将变速箱操纵杆移入空档位置。 当变速箱操纵杆离开停车位置时,停车制动器自动分离。

  1. 完全按下行车制动器控制器。

  1. 将变速箱操纵杆移到一档位置。

  1. 将发动机转速升高到 1200 rpm。 机器不应移动。

  1. 如果机器移动,检查制动系统有无磨损或损坏。 请参阅系统操作/测试和调整, "制动系统故障诊断与排除"。

停车制动器检查

注: 制动器阀(停车)启动后轮制动器。 车轮制动器由弹簧压力施加制动,由油压释放。 当变速箱操纵杆处于停车位置时,停车制动器接合。 由辅助制动踏板成比例的施加停车制动。

停车制动器测试包括以下两项测试。

制动器行驶测试

注: 该测试应在卡车空载时进行。

  1. 将停车制动器移到 ON 位置。

  1. 将变速箱操纵杆移到一档位置。

  1. 将发动机转速升高到 1200 rpm。 机器不应移动。

  1. 如果机器移动,检查停车制动系统有无磨损或损坏。 请参阅系统操作/测试和调整, "制动系统故障诊断与排除"。

制动器斜坡测试

注: 该测试应在卡车装载到正常额定容量时进行。

  1. 将卡车装载到正常额定容量。

  1. 将机器停放在不超过 15% 的斜坡上。

  1. 踩下行车制动器踏板。

  1. 将变速箱操纵杆切换到停车位置。 将变速箱切换到停车位置将接合停车制动器。

  1. 松开行车制动器踏板。

  1. 如果机器移动,检查停车制动系统有无磨损或损坏。 请参阅系统操作/测试和调整, "制动系统故障诊断与排除"。

缓速器制动检查

注: 制动器阀(前行车制动器)启动前行车制动器。 制动器阀(后行车制动器、减速器控制、牵引力控制)启动后制动器。

  1. 将机器停放到水平区域内。

  1. 将手动缓速器操纵杆完全拉到向下位置。

  1. 将变速箱操纵杆移到一档位置。

  1. 提高发动机转速到 1050 rpm。 机器不应移动。

  1. 如果机器移动,检查制动系统有无磨损或损坏。 请参阅系统操作/测试和调整, "制动系统故障诊断与排除"。

制动冷却系统检查
