Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the piston motor (hydraulic generator). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Hydraulic Generator) - Remove".

1. Remove clamp (2) from hose assemblies (1).

2. Remove the bolts and cover (3).

4. Remove the bolts and cover (7).

5. Remove bolt (6) and pin (5).

6. Remove clamp (8) from harness assembly (9).

7. Remove bolts (10) that hold breaker panel (11) to generator (12). Move breaker panel (11) out of the way.

8. Remove the bolt and move ground cable (13) out of the way.

9. Remove the bolts and move panel (14) out of the way.

10. Attach a suitable lifting device to generator (12). Remove bolts (15) and remove generator (12) from the machine. The weight of generator (12) is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to generator (12). Install generator (12) and bolts (15). The weight of generator (12) is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

2. Reposition panel (14) and install the bolts.

3. Reposition ground cable (13) and install the bolt.
