滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下液压系统的部件或管路时，确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上，而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。 这将有助于防止液体泄漏和防止污染物进入系统。
- 释放系统压力。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "系统压力 - 释放"。
- 将工具 (A) 安装到液压油箱上。 将一条供气软管连接到工具 (A) 上。 施加 276 到 414 kPa (40 到 60 psi) 的气压。 此步骤将使液压系统抽吸出真空。
