Rotor Drive Clutch - Remove
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the engine enclosure (hood), if necessary. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enlcosure (Hood) - Remove and Install".
- Remove the rotor drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Rotor) - Remove and Install".
- Remove the auxiliary pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Auxiliary) - Remove".
- Remove the propel pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Propel) - Remove".
- Remove the hydraulic oil tank (rotor clutch). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Tank (Rotor Clutch) - Remove".
- Attach a suitable lifting device to rotor clutch (1). Remove bolts (2) and remove rotor clutch (1) from the machine. The weight of rotor clutch is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).

- Remove O-ring seal (3) from rotor clutch (1) .
