(1) Bolts for the cartridge and turbine housing

Torque ... 40 ± 2 N·m (30 ± 1 lb ft)

(2) Bolts for the cartridge and compressor housing

Torque ... 24 ± 2 N·m (18 ± 1 lb ft)

Note: The bolts that connect the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and the spacers are in the upward position on one side and in the downward position on the other side.

(3) Bolt that connects the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold

Apply 5P-3931 Anti-seize Compound to the threads and to the bearing surface of the bolt.

Torque ... 55 ± 5 N·m (41 ± 4 lb ft)
