- 冷却轴承外圈 (18) 。 将轴承外圈 (18) 安装到分动器壳体中。

- 将原有垫片 (15) 和轴承保持架 (13) 安装到分动器壳体上。 安装将轴承保持架 (13) 固定在分动器壳体上的螺栓和垫圈。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 50 ± 10 N·m (37 ± 7 lb ft)。

- 利用工具 (D) 测量轴承内圈 (17) 的轴向间隙。 增加或减少轴承保持架 (13) 与分动器壳体之间的垫片，以便使轴向间隙测量值达到 0.15 ± 0.05 mm (0.006 ± 0.002 in)。
- 将管组件 (10) 定位到分动器壳体上后连接管组件 (10) 。

- 冷却轴承外圈 (5) 。 将轴承外圈 (5) 安装到轴承保持架 (3) 上。
- 将 O 形密封圈 (7) 安装到轴承保持架 (3) 上。
- 用润滑剂稍微润滑要密封的分动器壳体的孔。 将原有垫片和轴承保持架 (3) 安装到分动器壳体上。 安装将轴承保持架 (3) 固定在分动器壳体上的螺栓 (1) 、垫圈和隔套。 拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩为 50 ± 10 N·m (37 ± 7 lb ft)。
